Book Grooming Services

Bookings for our grooming services can be made by visiting us, by telephone on 07555 628504, by email to or online (see below). If you are a new customer and have been referred to us by an existing customer be sure to let us know at the time of booking so that we can allocate the Refer A Friend discount to the customer that referred you.

Booking Conditions

1. All new customers should download and complete our Client Registration Form and bring this with them when they bring their dog for grooming for the first time.
2. Please ensure that you arrive for your appointment on time. If you are likely to be more than 15 minutes late please telephone us on 07555 628504 to let us know as we may need to reschedule your appointment if your late arrival would impact on other clients’ appointments.
3. We require at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. For appointments rescheduled or cancelled without 48 hours notice we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (up to the full booked grooming service price).
4. Deluxe Dog Grooming reserve the right to decline, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
5. If the wrong service is booked ie small breed grooming service for a medium breed dog you will be notified on arrival for your appointment and agree to pay for the correct service.

Online Bookings

1. Appointments booked online are made through Square Appointments run by Squareup.com and hosted on their servers. Making an online booking automatically creates a customer account within Square Appointments which allows you to manage your booking (eg reschedule, cancel your booking). By making an online booking you confirm that you have read and accepted Squareup’s Privacy Policy and also the Deluxe Dog Grooming’s Privacy Policy.
2. If you have been referred to us by a friend, please make sure you add their name in the Additional Notes box when booking an appointment online.
